We ask that you please reschedule or cancel at least 1 day before the beginning of your appointment or you may be charged a cancellation fee.

Skin & Tonic Reschedule and Cancelation Policy

To ensure fairness and protect both your time and ours, we now require a credit card on file for all bookings. I truly understand that life happens, and we’re always willing to be flexible, but going forward, as much as I hate to have to implement this, please note the cancelation policy:

More than 24 hours notice - NO FEE.

Less than 24 hours' notice - 50% of the scheduled service may be charged.

Same day cancelations (0-6 hours before appointment) - 100% of the scheduled service may be charged.

No Shows - 100% of the scheduled service may be charged.

We understand that unexpected circumstances can arise, and we want to support you as best as we can. However, short-notice cancellations make it challenging for us to accommodate clients on our waiting list who are eager for an open spot. Missed appointments not only affect our business and ability to provide care but also mean that another client misses the opportunity to receive the services they desire.
